Daniela has two degrees, one in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá and another one in Electromechanics Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. She joined the AES Panama team in the year 2020 as one of the trainees for the program Energy4Talent, supporting diverse areas of the company sharing her knowledge. This has allowed her to grow professionally as she has been involved in many important projects that have helped her acquire significant experience.

Daniela thinks that the program Energy4Talent has given her the opportunity to join an important company in the energy sector in Panama; she feels very satisfied to be able to develop her professional potential to its highest expression.

“One of the processes that I have enjoyed the most since I joined AES was the recruitment and selection process, because it was focused on searching for professionals that are aligned with the mission and vision of the company. Another thing I liked was the welcoming I received since the first moment, the process was very exciting, and they made me feel that I was part of the AES Family and that they had been waiting for me.
