Our corporate volunteer team has a strong commitment to our partners, contributing hours and effort to projects that benefit the community and the environment. Through our corporate volunteer program, in 2023 we proudly served our community as follows:
- 129 volunteers among AES people and family members
- 1,200 hours invested
- 1,720 direct beneficiaries
- 10 communities benefited
- 13 activities
Our corporate volunteer program is fundamental to the AES Panamá Foundation's strategy. It not only allows us to provide support to the communities we serve, but it also raises awareness among AES employees about the communities and our various stakeholders. In addition, it significantly contributes to strengthening the team spirit within the organization.
